Vanilla Buckwheat Granola
Here’s a granola recipe featuring one of my favorite slow grains- buckwheat. It keeps me full for hours!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1/3 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Flatten on Baking Sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 mins at 175 Celsius.
