Green Matcha Latte
This has been on repeat! I finally nailed a delicious nutritious matcha latte mix!
Why Matcha? 🍵
Well on those days you are overstressed, overwhelmed & not sleeping well.. I highly recommend you replace your coffee with matcha.
Matcha has caffeine so you’ll get than energy spike but thanks to L-theanine you get a calming energy spike without the crash that comes after coffee. It’s also super rich in antioxidants!
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup hot nut milk
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: collagen or vegan protein if you are on the go and need a boost
- Blend in a blender & enjoy the frothy bubbles!
