Curried Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Soup
The perfect sweater weather soup!
Has 3 veggies & bone broth which makes it fiber full & super healthy for your gut. I love adding fresh coriander on top & a few squeezes of fresh lime juice too!

- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp curry
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 sweet potato
- 500 ml bone broth
- 1 cup peas
- Boil for 15-20 minutes
- Mix all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth.
- After that you can add peas and enjoy!
