Chocolate Raspberry Blended Oats
- A sweet breakfast fix without all the sugar- AND it’s high in protein & fiber to keep you blood sugar balanced and help you stay satiated and energized. If you love a raspberry & chocolate combo this is for you! You can prep it the night before & keep it in fridge for breakfast the next day- so SO YUM!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 130 ml nut milk
Chocolate topping and raspberry jam:
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp warm water
- Raspberry-Chia Jam prep:
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsbp chia seeds
- Squeeze of lemon
– Put raspberries in pot on low heat with 1 tbsp water and leave to simmer until they turn soft and mushy
– Add sweetener and mix
– Then add the chia seeds and mix well.
– Remove from heat & squeeze some lemon
– Store in airtight container in fridge for a week
Instructions:
- Pour oat mix in a jar
- Top with raspberry-chia followed by chocolate
- Refrigerate or enjoy right!
