Banana Oat Bites

    These make a perfect afternoon snack or a pre-workout snack to give you a boost of energy! I love having healthy desserts prepared at home – makes it easier to indulge in a healthier & nutritious way!

    Recipe makes 14-16 balls depending on how big or small you roll them. Stores in the fridge for 7 days in an airtight container.
    Each ball is 83 Calories with 10g Carbs, 4g Protein & 3g of Fat. 



    •  2 cups oats
    • 2 heaped tbsp almond butter
    • 1 ripe banana
    • 4 tbsp ground flaxseeds
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • Pinch of sea salt


    • Peel your bananas and place them in a medium-sized bowl, now mash them with a fork.
    • Add all the other ingredients and mix in the blender until everything is well combined.
    • Use a teaspoon to scoop out small bits of dough at a time and roll it between your palms into 1 1/2 inch sized balls.
    • Refrigerate for 2 hours to give them some time to firm up.
