Recipe makes 14-16 balls depending on how big or small you roll them. Stores in the fridge for 7 days in an airtight container.
Each ball is 83 Calories with 10g Carbs, 4g Protein & 3g of Fat.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 2 heaped tbsp almond butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:

Peel your bananas and place them in a medium-sized bowl, now mash them with a fork.

Add all the other ingredients and mix in the blender until everything is well combined.

Use a teaspoon to scoop out small bits of dough at a time and roll it between your palms into 1 1/2 inch sized balls.

Refrigerate for 2 hours to give them some time to firm up.
