Salmon Lettuce Wraps
- I’m a sucker for quick, fast & healthy lunch recipes! These salmon lettuce wraps are just perfect. Packing a punch of protein & loaded with veggies + flavor – they can be prepared in under 15 mins! You can change the protein to tuna, tofu or even leftover ground beef!
Ingredients:
- Wild salmon or tuna or tofu
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 1 celebry rib
- 1 cucumber
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients and add them to the lettuce.
