Salmon Lettuce Wraps

  • I’m a sucker for quick, fast & healthy lunch recipes! These salmon lettuce wraps are just perfect. Packing a punch of protein & loaded with veggies + flavor – they can be prepared in under 15 mins! You can change the protein to tuna, tofu or even leftover ground beef!

Ingredients:

  • Wild salmon or tuna or tofu
  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • 1 celebry rib
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients and add them to the lettuce.
