Matcha Tahini Bread

  • Moist, fluffy & full of flavor…you will love this version of a home classic: the banana bread.
    I use some of my favorite ingredients like Tahini & Matcha to add awesome flavor & nutrition. You can replace Matcha with cacao powder to make it a chocolatey version. Make sure to use ripe bananas for more moistness! It’s gluten-free & dairy-free too!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Matcha
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  •  2 tbsp Tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Bake at 175 C for 30 minutes
  • Transfer to a rack to cool completely
