Matcha Tahini Bread
- Moist, fluffy & full of flavor…you will love this version of a home classic: the banana bread.
I use some of my favorite ingredients like Tahini & Matcha to add awesome flavor & nutrition. You can replace Matcha with cacao powder to make it a chocolatey version. Make sure to use ripe bananas for more moistness! It’s gluten-free & dairy-free too!
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe banana
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Matcha
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp Tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Bake at 175 C for 30 minutes
- Transfer to a rack to cool completely
