If there is one word to describe Matcha it would be: Antioxidants!

Matcha is a green tea that is grown & harvested differently than other green teas making it richer in amino acids, antioxidants and caffeine. With it’s high antioxidant content, it’s a great way to reduce cell damage and protect against cancer & disease.

Another awesome benefit of Matcha is it’s effect on the brain. It can improve alertness, memory, concentration. These effects are from the caffeine, but the cool think about Matcha is the compound, L-theanine, which promotes alertness and helps to avoid the energy crash typically linked to other caffeine sources.
