I believe in flexible routines, gentle structure, and habits that help you feel your best while still living your life — and I bring that same compassionate, realistic approach to every woman I work with.

My philosophy is:
little habits, big results. 

I hold a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, and I’m a registered dietitian (RD) and certified functional medicine practitioner.

Most recently, as I navigate my own midlife shifts, I became a Certified Perimenopause/Menopause Health Coach, deepening my expertise in female hormones and physiology.

I’m here to make nutrition and wellness work in the real world- centered on nourishment, not deprivation.

My passion for nutrition grew from my own health challenges — bloating, fatigue, low energy, weight fluctuations and hormonal imbalances that led to fibroid surgery.

After countless doctors’ visits and prescriptions that only treated symptoms, I turned to food, lifestyle, and a root-cause approach. It changed everything. And it’s the same path I now guide my clients through every day.

Enter UpCloseAndHealthy, born from a simple mission: to help women reconnect with their bodies, listen to the whispers before they become screams, and embrace realistic, evidence-based nutrition strategies to make them feel their best in every season of life.
